Question by Silas G: With every thing blown out of proportion, how the heck am I supposed to know anything about what I eat?
There’s a lot of hyperbole around food correct now. Individuals are calling syrups “poisons” now. Diet program guidance is sold to us at a cost, and when we pay it’s typically simplified into a points technique that tells you what to consume, but not why.

I like being an informed consumer. And there is a lot of free data out there. But attempt bringing any of that information up in conversation the second you mention counting calories or say it really is okay to consume a slice of pizza simply because most of your calories these days haven’t come from fat, men and women react like you are pretending to be a PHD Nutritionist or something. You could even speak about issues that are simpler than that there is a lot of people out there that assume that black, unsweetened coffee consists of calories. No genuinely.

It is like we are not socially allowed to say something much more complex than “this is great for you” or “this is negative for you” anymore. How the heck did this happen?

And going the other way, how come men and women always say “high fructose corn syrup” rather of “corn syrup” now? See, there’s exceptions to the “no reading the nutrition label” social rule, but there is no rhyme or purpose to them.

So what offers? I am placing this in politics since the term “high fructose corn syrup” ends up there a lot more often than anywhere else.

Answer by maxmom
There is a reason we are a nation of obese people. Ignorance. Plus, no a single wants to hear that their muffin best is anything but genetics. It couldn’t possibly be what they are putting in their mouth!!

Question by ragdoll_421: What is the name of a starbucks-esque coffee chain? Has Washington or Seattle in the name?
I want to a book shop and there was this location called “Seattle Coffee” or “Washington Coffee” some thing like that and I ordered this drink with three diverse kinds of chocolate in the hot chocolate and it was the most remarkable hot chocolate Ive ever drank.

I want to get the recipe for it, but everytime I search “Seattle Coffee Shop” or “Washington Coffee Shop” all that comes up is addresses of coffee areas in Washington and Seattle.

Assist me
I saw the peppermint Mocha factor on Seattle’s greatest but what I drank didnt have coffee or peppermint in it, it was just hot chocolate with all the diverse sorts of chocolate mixed in

Question by : What job or job field should I go into?
Based on the info below, which contains almost everything on my actual resume/job history, What job or jobs am I qualified for???

I’ve worked in a couple of distinct industries, but I have no notion what OTHER People Assume I am qualified for vs. not eligible for. By “Other individuals” I mean moronic HR/hiring managers who are younger than me– and I’m in my mid 20′s.
I know what I’ve accomplished & what I can do, but often HR/hiring mangers don’t see my Point of View.
So… I am asking random internet men and women: What job or job field should I apply for????

What job could I Actually get if I applied to day and I could commence operate tomorrow?

What expertise do I have & what expertise need to I highlight on a resume or “addition comments section” on a paper or online cookie cutter application???

What Keywords must I use to trick or trigger word looking applications that businesses use?
————————-

Resume:
Organization HV
Feb 08- 3-ten
cashier, LP, stockroom, r’cving etc…

Adecco — actual firm name (Temp/placement agency)
Oct 2008
month lengthy retail job– Greeter

Temp agency ES
March-april 08
“factory operate”

Temp agency “E”
feb 08- 1 week lengthy fill in for truck dispatch
Aug- Sept- machine loader “as needed” temp job

Bennigans’
Feb 08- Could 08
server, waiter, hostess, some bartend, and so on..

Business AP (long term temp)
Feb 08- Aug 08
receptionist, secretary, bookkeeping, etc…

Company FM (seasonal)
Could 08- Aug 08
unload-er, receiver, etc

Evil Co “V”
may possibly-aug 07
receiver, order picker, forklift driver, then workplace perform, data entry clerk, etc.

Company OL (seasonal but did not know it at the time- Tax season, technically classified as “temp to perm”, except there was no real permanent employment choice, they just did not want to call it temp, considering that it was thru the true CO, and NOT thru a temp agency)
Jan-April 07
inventory, Loss prevention, forklift/cherry picker/moto P-Jack, cycle counts information entry, and so on.

Business MW
Could 06-Jan 07
shipping r’cving order choosing, forklift driving – 3 distinct kinds, then inventory management/manager, truck route set up & pre dispatch paperwork, and so on…

Evil Firm: RGIS
(nearly the genuine business name.. ha ha ha)
Dec 05- April 07
Inventory, cycle counts, a variety of other Inventory crap, and so on

Firm F
Feb-Dec 05
order selecting/shipping/special shipping/sortation/accuracy checker/inventory, and so on….

Other random retail businesses—
2000-2005
Ames- cashier, floor person, CS desk, etc… (2 yrs)
regional Chain grocery retailer- cashier, floor stocker, etc… (1 yr precisely to the day)
regional Chain Convenient mart- cashier, coffee maker, etc… (6 mos )
privately owned donut shop/deli- cashier, server, cook, etc – (9 mos.)
gas station/C-mart/deli- cashier, freezer stocker, and so on… (4 mos.)
————————————–…
I normally pick to not put temp jobs on the applications, but then it also brings up the topic of an employment gap. Also, how far need to I go back when writing a resume VS. applications??
How far need to I go back in common?
What jobs ought to I put vs. must not put when filling out on the web “generic” applications, or paper applications?
(Most co’s have spaces for 3 or four jobs AND they say your most recent three or 4, but which ones should I put, based on the information I gave???)
Any other “actual” assistance from beneficial men and women would be appreciated. The far more facts the greater!!!!
Thanks ☺

Answer by redgator
So you think HR managers do not know their personal organization or what positions they want to hire for? Naturally you are applying for the incorrect position or you’re not qualified if you happen to be not finding the jobs.
